Garage door faults we investigate
A door that stops halfway, moves unevenly or makes a new grinding sound should be checked before it is forced through another cycle. The visible symptom is not always the failed component, so the inspection follows the movement of the complete system.
Photos and a short description can help start the conversation, but springs, cables and alignment issues normally require an on-site assessment before the repair can be confirmed.
- Door will not open or close
- Uneven, jerky or noisy movement
- Remote or opener not responding
- Door has come out of alignment
- Worn rollers, hinges or lifting hardware
- Damaged tracks, cables or seals
