When you request a quote, repair visit or garage door service, we may collect your name, suburb, postcode, email address, phone number, connection to the property, property address, preferred contact method and the information you provide about your garage door or project. When an enquiry follows a campaign or advertisement, we may also record the first landing page, referring page, campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers attached to the visit.

How we use your information

We use enquiry information to respond to you, understand the work requested, prepare a quote or visit, provide garage door services, maintain business records and protect the website from misuse.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing without permission.

Service providers

Information may be processed by trusted providers that support our website, secure data storage and customer-enquiry management. ServiceM8 may receive enquiry details when our customer-management connection is active. These providers may only use the information to deliver services to us or as required by law.

Website measurement

This website uses Google Analytics Consent Mode to measure visits and general actions such as successful quote requests, form progress, phone link clicks and visits to our Google reviews. We do not send the name, email address, phone number, postcode, property connection, property address or message you enter in the quote form to Google Analytics.

Analytics storage is denied by default. In that limited mode, Google Analytics may receive measurements without analytics cookies so we can count page views and enquiry events. Selecting “Allow analytics” enables analytics storage for more accurate measurement; selecting “Keep limited” leaves analytics storage denied. Your choice is saved in your browser. Advertising storage, advertising user data and personalised advertising remain disabled on this site.

Enquiry source and advertising attribution

Campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers may be kept with an enquiry so we can understand which service page or campaign produced the request, avoid counting the same enquiry twice and assess advertising using the resulting lead rather than unrelated browsing activity. This information is used for business measurement and is not sold.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, service, business records or applicable legal requirements.
